Can't place buildings, decorations, or tools.

I started a new farm after not playing for awhile and have run into a problem I've never had. I can't place any objects from fences and pressure washers to buildings and pastures. Did something change? What am I missing?

You have to own the land you're trying to place it on, and of course you need to have enough money to afford it. Other than that, try restarting your computer and try again.

Otherwise it's a mod issue.

I play with an xbox controller, and sometimes I cannot place objects with the controller, but it works perfectly fine with the mouse.

Other times it works fine with the controller. Farm sim likes to keep me on my toes, I guess.

That did it. Had to get on and test it. I don't know why I didn't try that, lol. Thanks again!
