No FSR 3 or FG
There is no option to enable FSR 3 and the option for FG is greyed out. Other then that I don't know how to enable it

Your graphics card is probably not compatible with FSR3

You need to go into the game settings (Options) and hit Spacebar to enable FSR3 and Frame generation options.

They should be all there and easy to figure out.

If you are having trouble with FSR3 FG, you might want to check your Windowed mode settings; Exclusive fullscreen interferes with FSR3 FG and disables it. I had the same issue and I fixed it by switching to Windowed mode or to Fullscreen mode.

Found the problem. Farming Simulator 22 was set to Direct 11 not 12. With 12 it now works.
