I'm pretty sure, that you and most other people who claims "they have been hacked, and lost all game stuff" They haven't been hacked at all. They have been scammed, but that's their own wrong doing. As opposed to people who have actually been hacked, which no normal person can really do anything to avoid.

Do you mean you have the folders but when you start the game there is no saved game apppearing. If so it's because your save failed when you last exited the game. Go to the backup folder and copy the second from last save and paste it into your saved game folder, it will work then but you will have lost a little of your progress.
