(copy and paste link) got updated to support the new fruits. From technical aspects all potatoe and sugarbeet harvesters are capable to harvest carrots and stuff, just the row spacing has to be adapted in real. Mostly industrial carrots gets harvested this way, bio-carrots and those tiny sweet ones get harvested with the toplifters.
For to just agree to you: yes, for soloplayers the choice of harvesters was pretty sad this time.
Takes the pain away. I will say I think this one is a little overkill but i used it while waiting for mods on modhub to get updated. Now that the mod for in game beet/potato harvesters has been updated for the new veggies, I'll just use those.
When using the 1 row harvester, you can actually pickup two rows. Be warned and keep in mind if you go too far to either side only the foliage removed from the row and crop still exists.
I was even able to see the crops colors from the other side of field. Up close you don’t see the crop.
