A way to clean dirty tractors?

I'm a n00b at this game. Only started playing yesterday. After just a few farming seasons, all my tractors and equipment are filthy dirty! I expect equipment to get dirty, and I like the realism in the game. But if you watch YT videos of real farmers, most of them keep their equipment spotlessly clean to where they look brand new. Is there a way to wash our tractors and other equipment? Is there a "tractor wash" in town somewhere or as part of a DLC?

There's a pressure washer somewhere in the build menu. Kärscher... something IIRC.

EDIT: The dirt is only a visual gimmick. It has no influence on your machinery.

there is also a setting to turn dirt effects off, which is probably what the YT people do for the sake of a nice looking video.

My equipment is filthy even though I have built a pressure washer on my farm. Washing equipment got old fast, so I live like the pigs that I raise :)

There's also an "Instant Wash" mod in ModHub that washes anywhere anytime at the touch of a key.

I have noticed if I just leave them out in the rain they get clean also.

On modhub, there is a pressure washer, that you carry on you, as a hand tool, always available.
