Crashes after 3 minutes, total stop - its become unplayable

So, what am I doing wrong? I trawled through the topics, and got the following at the end of my log .txt-

please help - I've got 400hrs on this game, and now this!

Did you try verifying game files? Also make sure all your Mods are up to date. The game does not update them automatically when they need it. In the mods menu it will list mods in need of updating.

Found this on the web, I think you did as well. Hope it helps. BTW I'm thinking about buying this game instead of 19... but I still don't know

The game was crashing for me after just a minute or two. The longest I was able to play was maybe four minutes before I tried modifying the game.xml file.

I am playing on a PC using XBOX Game Pass.

This is how I did it:

- Go to Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2022
- Open the game.xml file with Notepad
- Find the line that contains "<renderer>D3D_12</renderer>"
- Change "D3D_12" to "D3D_11"
- Save the file

@ eric - I like the productions in 22, totally up to you how you like to play.

Select your game>Right click>Properties>Installed files>Verify Integrity

I didn't see your last message, I'm glad you fixed your problem, I hope to see you around, unfortunately I just have FS19 on Steam and FS22 I finally got it just because of epic games
