new player constant game crashing

im a new player,and i 1st got this game last night,and it was working just fine unil now,for the past hour the game is either stuck,very slow loading or something is causing game to crash where i have to force shutdown my pc to exit,im not using mods except 1 DLC,and under steam public beta settings theres so many versions so it be nice if i knew which 1 is current,otherwise i have to use 'none' until i know,so me being disabled and low knowledge of this i panic when i get stuck cuz i cant find help online thats free and isint gonna make fune of me for my disability

Have Steam verify your game files (FS22 properties - Installed Files - Verify)

Delete the shader cache files in at "Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator2022\shader_cache"

Take a look in the log file at "Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator2022\log.txt" and see if any errors show (around the bottom of the log where it crashes).

i tried this but now im having trouble restting cameras outside cars etc to default,no matter what i try i cant get it to upshift and stay in gear from a stop,i cant get it in R and no matter what transmission option ive tried nothing works so whats the correct option so it shfits up/down automatic or manual,and whats this option called stop/go braking,cuz cars move if on but shifting issue is preventing gameplay,if its off nothing moves,the settings themselfves are too confusing because all buttron commands for all devices are all mixed up in areas that some devices shouldnt be so whats causing this and what do i do without paying for it to fix it like it was when i 1st played
