Finish wrapping (unload the wrapper), and then you can unwrap all of the bales and move the individual silage bales.
It's been a while since I've used those wrappers, but if memory serves, once you complete the string of bales by unloading the bale wrapper, then you may have to wait a little bit until the grass turns to silage. Then, you just approach one end of the string and a prompt should come up - like opening a silage bunker.
AFAIK, there is no way to separate the string into individually-wrapped bales - just get individual silage bales once ready and unwrapped.
