Are you meaning that you are unable to load the store at all (either via the default P key, or from the store trigger)? |Or do you mean you can load up the store page and nothing is showing up?
Is this happening on all maps - create a new save on say Elmcreek and see if it does the same? At the same time disable all mods on that map and again see if it happens.
There are mods out there that could cause problems with other things, Although Giants does "test" all mods on the modhub they don't test to see if they work with other mods, so there could be a conflicting mod maybe?
These are all just suggestions. The reason I say start a new map without any mods could help you determine if it is indeed a mod or whether it is a problem with the core game files, if it is the core game files I don't know if a Verify files in steam may help.
These are just some of the troubleshooting steps I would suggest to do to get more information on your problem.
go to the menu (escape on PC) On the Additional settings page (three lines with little squares on each line) find "Items in shop" option and select "All Items"
