So I'm using the Xtractor to make silage, I just wrapped 28 large bales, I went to cut them open, and now it's not giving me the option, I was able to do it a couple of days ago, but this time the only thing it says is "Switch hand tool", Toggle map view" and "Object too heavy!" the option to cut open the bale is no longer there, I've tried restarting the game and no dice.

may sound silly but are the bales fermented into silage ? im not sure if they are not ready will it let your open them

Jagz, this is the problem, even though this is for a contract, it's not immediately turning them into silage, I reverted to a previous save, before they were all wrapped, and I wrapped four of them into singles, three of them immediately turned into silage, the fourth one says it's fermenting, I guess I will just need to take them over to my farm and wrap them there, I have silage in storage that I can turn in to complete the job, this was frustrating.

so I just ran 12 bales thru it, out of the 12, one is still grass, and because one is grass, it will not let me cut any of them.
