Pallet limit?
Is there some kind of pallet limit because i was trying to buy seeds and it says "there are too many pallets"?

Make sure you have lots of VRAM and RAM. Lots and lots of pallets can slow your computer.

Yes, its a 300 pallette/bags limit on pc/mac unless u use mods to increase the limit.
