Nope, just on how fast time passes (well, I guess it affects grow time to the extent that hours pass in seconds).

there is a grow now mod available i think which lets you go to the next stage of growth instantly

Easy Dev Controls can change the state of fields quite easily.

Although I would have liked a "crop growth" option if you are not using Seasons.
Like in previous games you had Crop Growth Slow, Normal or Fast. Not sure what if any mods are that may add this in. If anyone finds the name on the modhub I will be willing to give it a go.

As Andy said, there is a mod named "Grow Now", which allows you to hot key an instant stage cycle. Press it a few times and every field on the map will be in harvest ready stage instantly.

Otherwise in settings you can change the time rate from 0.5 all the way up to 360 speed (I set it to 0.5 and do all my planting / harvesting well pretty much everything, then switch it to 360 and let the days pass while things grow (without using the previously mentioned Grow Now mod)).

I'm still trying to find out how to speed up time in FS22 on PC. Pressing 8 or 7 does nothing at all and the clips I've seen on YT have him pressing icons in a menu; I have no such menu or icons, so I'm obviously not looking in the right place. I've opened all the icons, one at a time, just to see if I can find it, buy no joy at all. Sucks for me, lol.
