Run the game, go to the download content menu, and find the mod, then click install. voila. mod downloaded.

if the mod is NOT on the built in hub and you download it from a 3rd party site, then it goes into:

Documents\My Game\ Farming Simulator 22\mods

That mod is not on ModHub, you can get it here:

https://www.kingmods.net/en/fs22/mods/13244/place-anywhere

It is an older mod but it works without errors and Kingmods is a safe site to download from.
