Do you normally drive/operate in 1st or 3rd person view?

Just curious as to how you operate your vehicles in game; mainly 3rd person or 1st person?

So which view do you prefer and why?

3rd but switch to 1st if my view is blocked which is mostly on roads.

As much in 1st person as possible (in. fieldwork where I'm using GPS) 3rd person when I have to.

Most of the time I am using 3rd person view, since I get a much better view of all surroundings. Unfortunately, the in-cab view is just too restrictive for most operations, & makes operations much harder than real life.

I do use first person, when using the Ponsse logging rig, since I can easily see the cutter head in front of me, & it is better lined-up with the cab & cutter.

Both. I also use the fov mod, so I can set the fov for each tractor individually inside and out. So outside I usually have 75 fov and in cab 80 or 85. I also have the realistic cab view mod, which lets you lean forward and to the side and zoom in.

first person on the roads but third when doing field work. plowing in first is just too difficult.

1st person all the way unless the vehicle I'm using doesn't have proper functioning mirrors, a lot of mod vehicles don't have working mirrors.

Usually third, if I want to feel like a die-hard farmer I will occasionaly switch to first though for field work
