If it is about missing "custom" animal products - some buildings and mods may get their critical .xml data overwritten by EAS BUT thankfully the Team of EAS has provided couple of easy guides with the mod that you or other Modders can use to fix/avoid that issue.
Personally I've not encountered any major bugs/conflicts with EAS, tho I've been careful with not running multiple animal system changing mods at the same time (bad idea in general).
other mod conflicts with EAS installed is what it is just cant find what other mods are the issue...like you said though i bet it is just another animal system changing mod i have installed. thank you for your reply
