Stuck in build mode

so recently in my save game if i try to place any placeables down on my farm it breaks my game. the camera will start drifting and the game doesn't response to any keyboard inputs. the only thing that I can do at that point is to alt+f4. does anyone have any idea of what could be causing this?

In case anyone stumbles across this, disabling the Emergency Pack Mod/DLC solved the issue for me.

Can confirm that this bug is still present when using the Emergency Pack.

And ONLY with the Emergency Pack enabled and nothing else?
Cause we have the Emergency Pack on our server along with 500+ others, and we have no issues.

I was having a Similar Issue with the "Sell Everything Mod" what I did to find the Problem was go thru every Sell Mod I had installed, Uninstalled them One at a time then loaded back into the game and checked every Sell Mod to see which were broken. Unfortunately when one of the Mods were Broken I had to AT + F4 out of game to then start up the game again. Quite Frustrating, but I had to find the Problem Mod(s).
