multiplayer game is stuck on 99% sync

a friend and i play multiplayer, when we go to our new savegame it works until i join my friend the second time and the sync keeps being on 99%..... we looked in the log but showing no errors.

Mod issue check your mods one of you either has an outdated mod.

take them out and add few back till it shows up

If you don't get an error message then you need to remove them all and test them one by one, start with any mods not downloaded from the in game mod-hub.

Logs aren't always helpful, and if this is the case; Save the world somewhere for safe keeping.
Take out a chunk of hundred mods and shove them in a separate directory eg: All those starting with A through to F. Start the server, see if it loads.
If it doesn't, strip out the next 100 mods.
If it does, start putting them back in sections of 10 until you narrow down 'who dunnit'.

idk if you still looking for help but if logs from both of you dosent show any error or failed you can use some kind of VPN like radmin or hamachi

I dont have any mods besides the DLC from the Premium version and the free DLC, still get this issue

Yeah thats really a pain in the ass, i have only the dlc and it says : you dont have this on your machine to log onto the server. I got in the modhub, installed mods, and they all there ... this game is poorly coded ffs
