What does this mean?

I'm already to harvest a field. My harvester is ready to go, unfolded, maned, lowered,and turned on.

However, when I start out I get this message, "You first need to start combine threshing."

I don't know what to do. I thought I had everything ready to start.

so your combine starts and header is working as well?

Yes, never had this happen before. I use some mods but they haven't changed since I last tried to harvest a field.

I'll try to take a picture and post it. Might take me a while.

do you using this mod https://www.farming-simulator.com/mod.php?lang=en&country=us&mod_id=252266&title=fs2022 if then you need to read up on it how it works

look at the last pic and that gonna tell you what to do ( next time when download a mod read and look at the pic)

ah ok but yeah it might be a mod becasue i dont have any issue with harvesting

same for me this is not the first time some ppl ask about it on giants forum are few post about it.

Well like you said they dont pay attention to read mod description how this mod works and then go on forums

Hi tris might be very late reply but to turn on combine threshing press “B” on your keyboard but make sure you have selected combine and not your header

i have same problem and i really dont know what to do. This happens only if i want harvest corns or sunflovers. Can somebody help me please? I do everything same when i want harvest for example wheat. I dont understand what it means and what to do.
