mods stuck on pending

if anyone knows how to solve this id really appreciate it, i have multiple mods that have been stuck at the pending stage in the downloads tab for days an dont move. and when i reset the game it adds more mods like they weren't already installed

I had this problem a few days ago. I ended up fixing it by uninstalling the pending mods and updating mods that I had that had updates available for them and then I tried downloading the new mods again and it worked.
