Error cannot read profile path

I have tried everything when it comes to solutions for fixing the profile path, I have messed with the anti virus, and allowing a protected folder or something like that. I have deleted steam multiple times, and the game, i have also verified the files, but yet nothing will work. Can someone please help me? Also i have emailed their contact there support team, 3 times, in three days, with Zero reply..

Disable your antivirus and then verify the game files. If it runs then it's your antivirus causing it. That would be the first thing I would try.

Sometimes a Windows Profile can become corrupted and you may be able to install it under another profile. (username)

I have tried the antivirus thing, but not the windows profile, when you say that do you mean like switch do a different profile?
