Farming Simulator 22 - Platinum Expansion NOT WORKING

Hello,

I'm in need of some assistance. I've downloaded the Platinum Expansion and it will not work. Silverrun Forest doesn't even appear as an option. I've uninstalled and reinstalled both the expansion and game numerous times.
What is interesting is that under the in-game modhob the Platinum Expansion shows up as "Installed".

Has anyone experienced this and know how to fix it? I would love it if someone could help, maybe even jump on a sharescreen via discord if the fix is complex.

Hey, I got the same problem. I played it once and then Re-started it (game wise). I then noticed that my Saved Silverrun Forest Game was Grayed Out. I deleted the game and attempted to start a new one and I can't get the option either. I show that it's installed, even after un-install and re-install. There is No Mod in the DLC/MOD to check. I still see the DLC/MOD of a Map I have, but no more Forestry. My question evolved to a possible STEAM UPDATE vs. Game Patch. Who knows, but I'm like you, I'd like help as well.

Figured out what the problem was, i was playing a BETA version. Right click the game in your library, go to properties, click on BETS and select NONE. Hope that helps

I got a hold of the GEEKS at Giant Software and they told me, after sending them a Doc File, that I need the New Version Upgrade. I had to Upgrade the Version from 7 to 8 I believe. They did run down a list of events to do to bypass the Version that was not Updated. After I got the Upgrade, no problems. My CPU College days were 386/486 Processors, SVGA Monitors and Dot Matrix Printers. Laugh it up, but it had to start somewhere. I'll teach you DOS if you want. LOL CPU's came w/ 8 Mb of RAM (factory installed). :-)

I've the same problem with no map available, says everything is installed, checked beta to none, still can't play the expansion, is this still an issue in 2025?
