I could do that; I just don't know if my memory could contain all that information. I get confused very easily.
For the gameplay...the FS19 dont have the production lines like the FS22...that makes the game much easier and less confusing.
Try to keep it simple at the start...go for grain, plant it, harvest it and sell it. Well, you wont become rich that way but you learn the very basics about all the machines and the gameplay. Dont download to much mods at the beginning. Use what you have at the start and start with the original first map. Its easy to handle. You can change to another one later when you know how things work.
Have fun and dont stress yourself
Friend me if you are interested.
Once you've managed to work your way into that, you can gradually enable things until you feel comfortable with the amount of things to do.

The hints with the Multiplayer Servers are good...on the servers i know the people are friendly and helpful...and hiring as a Farm Helper is a good thing to learn how things work without careing about Buildings, machines or money management. Plus...farm helpers are hard to find so you shouldnt have a problem to find a good server. In fact i could need a helper for my own farm but its a german server so im not sure if you fit to it.
If the MP server is large enough, you can even get your own farm on the same server when you think youve learned enough.
FS11.
The game took quite a leap from FS11 to FS13.
A few examples which might be good for you in FS11:
- No plowing required at all (They are in-game but functions the same as cultivating)
- While the newer games give you the option for multistage fertilization, this game only uses the single-pass option.
- No weeds
- Only 4 crops (Wheat, Barley, Canola and Corn)
- Only one type of animals (Cows)
- The machinery is very simple to use (Lights are toggle on/off only, no gearboxes, very simple horsepower system, hardly any suspension and very simple 4 speed cruisecontrol)
