Yeah the game can be played solo, its just down to yourself and what you wanna get out of it. Just like in MP with friends.
Andy yes...even solo its a lot of fun and can keep you busy for many hours.
Depends on what you are hoping to get out of this, personally I like small to medium farms, as of course they are more manageable solo.
You just need to find the right balance and style for you, of course AI helpers are available (if they know how to work the field).
I like starting from scratch on maps like No Mans Land or The Western Wilds (I think its called) where you literally start from scratch, creating a whole new farm from scratch while trying to make money without relying on contracts for me is rewarding, I get to design it my way and play it that way.
