LS 22 no starting steam

Hello.
I choose play on FS22, it changes to the green button after a while it returns to blue. When I select Farming Simulator 22\x64 from the folder FarmingSimulator2022Game.exe.
I get a missing file: MSVCP110_WIN.DLL. Of course, I have already reinstalled Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 for windows 7 several times, but without any results. The problem appeared after an earlier update where there was a problem with the game's synchronization first and after deleting the save content the game started crashing and now it doesn't start at all.
I will be grateful for any suggestions.
