inner camera does not move

ok, I've had this problem since fs19, the internal camera simply doesn't move up, down, up, right or left, I've uninstalled all the mods and it doesn't work

When you start you FS22 and all is loaded , wat do you see , i think you see start screen if iam correct ther is a settings button rest you will find ther dude have fun stay save
