Pallets lost when I unloaded them, cant find them

I had a trailer load of pallets (eggs) and my trailer tipped over. To get the trailer upright I hit unload and all the pallets disappeared. I can't find them. Is there anyway to find and retrieve the pallets. I'd like my $50k for them!! (Lesson don't unload your trailer if it tips over)

Naw, something else has to be going on there. My daughter frequently tips over loaded trailers with pallets that go flying all over the road I gotta pick up.

Mod issue maybe?

I had a pallet of stairs railing bug out on me and sent my skidsteer and pallet flying, thankfully just one pallet. I found the pallet deep in the river by going into building mode and flying around the map.

I had to open vehicle.xml and edit the location of the missing pallet, I could see which one it was because I had similar pallets all stacked together and one far away.

Finding the pallets - Use the building mode fly up in the sky and look for the things that way. Then just go and pick them up if possible, otherwise I think you'll need to modify a xml file like I did or use a mod to move them.

Thanks for the tips, unfortunately I can't find them by flying around. Can you advise me how I access the vehicle.xml?

if you tip over and have a mod like autoload or something like it you might end up losing a load when tippes on the side.

autoload has a drop area left , right or at the back.
when you have a tailer tipped over on the left side and you set your offloading side on the left aswell, then hitting the unload button will let the pallets spawn at the left side ..... in other words underneath the ground !

prolly gone forever as fallen thru the map box and should be auto deleted.
