Mystery drop off points in Silverrun

Exploring map I observed that the fire department and container warehouse both have drop off points but unless I missed them (which is possible as there are a lot) I couldn't find anything they buy in the product selling stations list, probably missing something obvious but what are those two drop off points for?

Container warehouse only buys containers loaded with logs, fire department only buys wood chips
