Can you not build your own saw mill?

I see them on the map, but don't want to use them. Can I build my own?

Yes they are under the construction tab on the buy menu in the production section.

Actualy is not,on new DLC map i cant find sawmill,or i somthing missing.

Nope, they removed the placeable sawmills from pre platinum. But you can still use the ones that are around on maps or modded sawmills.
