Probably November 15th, that's when the Platinum Expansion comes out, and thus the base game will probably go on sale. If not then, then the winter sale

i just noticed that the base game is now $36 with no sale, but has previously been $65 (with an occasional 15% discount)

that seems pretty cheap! i'm almost tempted to buy it at this price, but every time i get the 'new' FS i discover that it is just the 'old' FS repackaged :(

It's now the Autumn/black friday sale and it appears, at least on my end, the game's not on sale. Unless i need to restart steam.

It's not cheap unless it's 50% off. DO NOT BUY until they learn to do proper sales. They honestly think they're better than all of the devs and publishers on Black Friday sale?
Just get F19 Platinum, you'll essentially have FS22
