Spinnery problems

So I put cotton into my Spinney and what happens is it makes 4,999 and then just stops. I've tried using sheep wool to help but its not working any suggestion

Sounds like the Spinnery is full and either you are not outputting pallets (Or maybe the pallet area is full as well) so it doesn't empty and allow more production to occur, or you don't have the building set to distribute the fabric to another factory in the supply chain such as the Tailor Shop, so again it's got full and won't make anymore.

seems to be a bug, my pallets dont spawn at all at tailor they did at spinnery once after that nothing. evn set distribute, store and sell doesnt work.
