Also, take a look at the mod Sell Price Trigger. It helps tracking the year to year best prices.
But i think it would take a mod to do the same "random" pricing a bit like seasons does it, and not just the set price and then +/- x-amount % in deviation.
I also use the Sell Price Trigger mod. It's very flexible and helps a lot when you get busy with chores.
The cost of renting the train is meaningless. It costs $50 to rent the train.
And in all reality, the game has NO business having players control the train. This ain't Train Simulator or Derail Valley. Farmers may drive trucks, but they darn sure don't run trains.
But it varies from map to map. And... depending on how much you sell at a given location, their price may drop because of supply and demand. I've seen this on Frankenmuth.
Just wish it wasn’t always the best price.
For example, if I sell 10,000 liters of soy, the difference must be at least 100 (whatever currency used) because this will amortize the cost of the train rental. Obviously more quantity you sell (over the 10,000 liters) the more you will earn having already cushioned the cost of the train.
Your math is way off. It's $50 for the whole train rental. $50 out of a few hundred thousand is nothing. If the price is even $1 more the train is better.
After all Giants gives really poor instructions on their games.
