you don't need a mod to overlap two (or more) placeables. just enable free build while placing something (key/button should show in the top-left menu) and it will not level the land and will not restrict you from overlapping with other objects. you still need to be on your own land, however. if you want to freely place something elsewhere you'll need a mod for that.
