Passenger should be core game play!!!

I am a huge fan of Farm sim and have played for YEARS, but right now I am majorly pissed off that the ability to have passengers is being put behind a paywall...
I have the season pass so I have the DLC, Great, but why should the ability to have passengers in ALL vehicles be dependant on buying a brand specific DLC, loads of people are not going to care about having the Kubota brand DLC and so they are going to miss out on the passenger ability in ALL vehicles.....
Those of us running a multiplayer server cant activate a DLC like this and expect everyone to pay £10 for it just for a feature like that.
Passengers should have been a feature added with 1.6 end of discussion.
This is just a ploy to force people to download a brand specific DLC as it has core multiplayer features tied to it........

Bug reports are useless with canned responses like “we patched something similar in this update, it should be fixed”. Nope…not fixed. How is it they haven’t even mentioned contracts in the game. I can go on, but i will not.

Might be small company, but they defo do have the money.

The only thing I don't like about it is the passenger being premium only.. the rest is nice.

Small company my ass, they are in business for more than 15 years with Farming Sim as their most succesful brand, they aren't a "small indie company" they move a lot of money, please, just enough with the "small company" excuse.

Why is this now required to be a paid feature ? 3rd party site have passenger mod without required kubota dlc

There are mods like the Universal Passenger mod, but as it seems it doesnt support base game machines like tractors and combines unlike the kubota passenger extended mod.

Thats a real issue now as you have to buy dlcs which may have not a single vehicle you want to use, but grants access to script functionalities which certain mods require.

This game has longevity thanks to its community and hiding script functions which should be provided as basegame update behind paywalls is not healthy at all and should not be supported in any way or form.

lol... ridiculous you couldn't search deeper cuz there's SO MANY MODS that require the Kubota pack for this! Some mods even have their own CUSTOM passenger placements (not many, but there's like 1-3 mods)
