Mine is currently 62 for my field (No Man's Land). Soil sample and tillage are at max, but weed control, ph, and nitrogen are at middle. PH I put down lime before I planted since PH is determined by soil composition not crop type, planted, rolled, then solid fertilizer for nitrogen since fertilizer is based off of crop type. Both are giving me perfect scores when I look at the ground and it gives me the side graph with ground info but for some reason the enviro score isn't updating which would be fantastic for the sell bonus cause of wooden planks and furniture.
This is good to know though I'll have to test this once I get cows, but it calculates the fertilizer spread based on whatever crop is underneath it. I wonder if they'll eventually add crop rotation in the way seasons did in FS19 to change fertilization requirements.
@ Kipsley - I think Oilseed radish has to be plowed in to obtain the nitrogen bonus.
There are still a couple of oddities with PF:
Despite what it may say in the notes, using slurry or manure has no effect on your nitrogen score, simply reduces the amount of other fertilizer you need to use.
To get the max nitrogen score you need to have the crop sensor turned on when fertilizing a growing field.
Although grass fields do not produce weeds, you still need to use the JD Spot weeder on them to get max weed control score - just turn it on for 1 sec.
Scores at c.97-98 can be brought back to 100 by repurchasing field info, even though nothing has changed.
Just my observations.
