How do I get trailers to show capacity in liters and not cubic meter?
I go to the store and they are all showing their cubic meter measurement like the very first trailer is shown as 8m³ rather then 8000 liters. Looked around in the options and no idea how to change it, Which option changes this?

umm
1m³ = 1000 liter, not really that hard to calculate...

unless you are american. Get with the metric system allready :p

Thank you for not answering my question.

No. (all kidding aside its a semi complex issue that will be costly and yes metric is superior for most things)

Thank you for not answering my question.

What he's saying is that the math involved is so elementary that there is no option for it.

1 = 1
2 = 2
3 = 3
etc.

LOL remember, grain is finer than corn, you can still fit 8 Cubic Meters of Corn as you can Wheat, but because the volume of Corn is larger, you'll have less 'litres'

So it makes complete sense as to why the trailers show cube meters instead :)

Ignoring everyone else who has commented so far. My trailers show L when I'm loading them up but in the store they are marked with cubic meters instead, is this intentional? Or is it a bug that my unit of measurement is shown as one way in the store and one way when actually using it? Any actual information on it would be great.

No...?
I'm pretty sure you are talking about density, thus weight.
Volume can be measured in both cubic metres or litres.

Example would be the classic 1 cubic meter of feathers vs. 1 cubic meter of iron has the same volume, but iron in that case would weigh A FREAKING LOT MORE than feathers same volume of feathers.

While 1 ton of feathers vs. 1 ton of iron would weigh the same, but due to how different their density properties are feathers would have much bigger volume due to being less dense.

Well, yeah density then volume - you got the gist of it anyway

I was wondering why this is as well. Weird that the UI would show volume as Litres when in load use but when empty in a shop it would show it as cubed meters.

On a side note I wish I could change the measurement system to a mix of units. I am North American and we use miles per hour on the roads but if I set the game to Miles than it takes away all the metric units of the game. Wish I could set the speed to display seperate like you can the weather units because I only want Miles for my speed. Be driving like holey ♥♥♥♥ I'm going 30 with this trailer up the hill, oh wait its the wrong unit for speed. LOL

again i really cant see how this is hard to understand.
1 cubic meter = 1000 liters
2 cubic meter = 2000 liters
37,5 cubic meter = 37.500 liters
add 0's to 3 decimals

12.05 cubic meters = 12.050 liters

if you go the other way you remove the 0's

35,250 liters = 35.25 cubic meters
40.000 liters = 40 cubic meters
