Hyper-slow growth, 0 fun, dead game
Approximate growth times at x120 speed:

for plants at x120 - 8 days of play, 96 real minutes, more than 1 hour and a half waiting.
for trees at x120 - 40 days of play, 480 real minutes, 8 hours waiting.

While you wait, the interest on the loan will ruin you (if you start from scratch, the farm is born with 200,000 debts); machines get old and ruin you; animals eat, mess and ruin you.

For a gigantic farm, with thousands of animals, hundreds of machines and everything bought, it may work a little better, but for others and all those who start from scratch it is impossible.

Boredom, despair, sadness, disappointment, horror ...

The only solution today: dedicate yourself to forestry, it will take a long time for trees to grow but those trees will give you work for months, I am a lucky man, I always liked forestry.

Long-term solution: that in a future update the game is modified and when stations are deactivated, hyper-slow growth is also deactivated, and return to life-long growth ignoring the months.

Sleeping to get through the days is not a solution, it is slow and a multitude of problems, installing the x9000 mod is not a solution, slow synchronization and a multitude of problems.

Does anyone have words for me, to cheer me up a bit? I have played thousands of hours in each of the FS since its birth, but in this I do not see a future. :(

you know you can turn seasonal cycle off? haven't done this because i like it. But i assume you can kinda play as fs19 without seasons mod.
and if the loan is the problem, you could start as farm manager. Or cheat in the money so you can pay off the loan, xml works same as in fs19(for money at least). And perhaps change difficulty to your liking?

Even if you disable seasons it will grow in 6 days or so

Yes, and with Game Speed 120x ths will be achieved in less than 30 minutes real-time. So what? Learn playing the game :-).

I want to play clean without traps of money, with effort and constant work creating an empire from scratch, and without traps it is impossible with this slow growth.

Even if you deactivate the seasons it is still slow, more than 6 days for me according to my tests.

I will have about 10000 hours together of all FS, so I have nothing basic to learn, and I have created throughout this time the best multiplayer maps perfectly organized. And I will continue creating good multiplayer maps despite this huge growth problem, but with enormous limitations because of this problem.

i would too recommend this but honestly thinking about it, it wouldn't be that hard to not tie down the growth to something like seasons. i mean look at it currently they made seasons a option in the game so surely they would have thought maybe to change the growth speed to match?

Which they already did.
If you disable the seasonal growth cycle in the options screen, the crops will just grow like they did in the previous games.

But that doesn't work

At what speed thou? There is no setting to adjust growth speed when Season is disabled. leaving it at 6 months.

This means atleast 6 ingame days, when running a dedicated server set to real time, that is 6 days of waiting.

Isn't it possible to change the script for the growth?

Wrong. Disabling seasons just gets rid of the weather effects and planting restriction. The growth time is still the same as if Seasons was on. There is no 1 day growth speed like in FS19. Crops take 6-12 months grow no matter if seasons is active or not.

My experience is turning off Season does NOT get you back to FS19 speeds. And with contracts broke your option is to watch the clock spin. Giant has a firm group of Stockholm Syndrome supporters saying "wait six months and you will get what you paid for". This game is FUBAR. I am back to FS19. (and please spare me the childish "bye bye" response so popular among the Stockholmers.)
It was no surprise...that the first mod released was the government subiside.
Or for those who are tuned into the news...one of the first videos on youtube after the release, was the "cheat" of the cash and multiplayer mode...

But if you think about it... when the going gets tough, go into debt and use the public money like any good honest politician.
Corruption is a legalized crime with no punishment in most of the world.
Perhaps at this point the realism of the game is really real.

There are already mods allowing faster time scale. One is called "Dash time" and by pressing the "0" key it skips time by factor X12000. It will make things better for you. FYI you'll have to keep pressing the key for it to scale time.

Just google "Dash Time FS19 mod" and you're done.
