cant get vehicle into reverse with s key on keyboard

There is an option to switch this on or off, and it's literally the same in both games. Did you check your settings?

Stop & Go Braking. Turning on will hit reverse with single "S" button. If you turn it off, it will stop when you press "S" and then press "S" again to reverse.

Could be the stop & Go or it could be the gearbox not set to automatic

Stop & Go Braking
On means your vehicle will automatically start reversing after stopping when you keep the brake button pressed.
Off means you have to release the brake button after stopping and then press it again to start reversing.

Also take a look at
Direction Change
If this is set to "Manual", you have to manually (duh!) change driving direction, which can block Stop & Go Braking.

I can't go in reverse no mater if stop and go braking is on or off, and I don't know what to do as I can't play fs22 untill I can back up .

Not sure which one is affected - maybe parking brake is on or auto start engine is off?

The Parking Brake is Enhanced Vehicle mod feature - try hit Enter and see what happen. Or if it's auto start engine, it is found in vehicle setting and turn it back on?

I forgot to write this, but I found out that I had automatic reverse off. (this goes for anyone having problems backing up) Make sure auto-reverse is on.

I fixed mine with the following, in my instance it was Direction Change set to manual. Below is how I fixed my issue of not backing up.

Stop & Go Braking = On
Direction Change = Automatic
Breaking Key = S
