[RESOLVED] Steam Application load error 3:0000065432

I have that famous problem. I try everything but it doesn't work. Anyone else has
this problem or resolved it ?

Ok guys I resolved it:
So you have to excluded the steam folder in the F-Secure app (or other antivirus)
All the steam folder its important.

how did you do it?

You have to go on your antivirus interfacxe and exclude FS22 from the scanning
