bug..: cannot harvest Sorghum with Nova 330 combine

Hello
I started a new game on the first map ( usa i guess )
I bought the starter farm and i play on hard.
I bought the combiner Rostselmash nova 330 and want to harvest the
sorghum field on day 1.
In the menu it say that the field is in the harvest season but everytime i try to
harvest then it do not harvest anything but just destroy the crop with the combiners wheels.
I also tried to hire a worker and i get a message in the top right corner saying
Ai worker A has stopped work unexpectecly - no field found.
( its field 45 )

I notised that it say "need plowing" but there are crops on it that can be harested and the combiner support this.. Could it be that the reason is its a starter field that cannot be harvested bu are intended to be plowed ? i can see ith ave fertilized 50% and weed 50% and need lime and needs plowing.. But its lot logical i cannot harvest it. :-)

I dont know if this could be the issue but the field behave a bit like it might not be harvest ready. I dont know if the machine is the problem or if its the crop and harvest season that might have a bug, or if its actual the combine who is the issue.
The combine say that it can harvest sorghum.

Also 15 minutes ago i harvest an Oat field and when i unload into the trailer via the combines auger there was a graphic problem.. its was like there was a spear on top of the auguer while unloading same colour as the oat and half the height of the combiner on top of the auger.
I uloaded into a Brandner z18051/2 XXL power flex ( green wagon with 4 wheels )

the graphic problem is a known issue, wait for a patch. for sorghum field, please check the hud map for harvest status, the plant left with a high stalks after harvesting, could be mistaking for actual crop,
