Go in the Library - rightclick on the Game - Properties - Language

The language of the Steam Version is changed in the Steam client.
Exit the game, rightclick FS22 in the Steam Overlay and select Properties. Then go to Language and choose the language you want to have.

i have same problem here (finnish) and if i change language there, every nordic language is in english (finnish, swedish, norsk, danish). Other languages works fine.
