[SOLUTION] Shader model 6.0 required

I have the latest drivers, running a 1070ti and i have shader model 6.2. Yet it keeps telling me it cant init 3d and i require shader model 6.0. Its annoying as hell, and the support dept take forever to reply

Solution: Update Windows 10 to latest version

the same problem here with a GTX 970....

EDIT: without warranty, to fix the problem, go to

"C:\Users\***\Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator2022" path and open
the "game.xml" and change:

<renderer>D3D_12</renderer> to <renderer>D3D_11</renderer>

Try D3D_10 if D3D_11 or D3D_12 doesnt work.

Yes, changing to d3d_10 helps. I now think that this is not a problem with the game, but a more global one. I checked some other games - there are similar problems there too. Maybe it's either driver issues or win 10 - today I upgraded from win7 to win 10

Всем привет у меня такая же проблема. Видюха 1050ti драивера обновил. Уже аж бесит не знаю что делать. И почему то файла XML у меня нет.

Нашел XML поменял 12 на 10 и помогло. Спасибо всем.

worked on mine bud. Ill change it to a solution rather than solved. Maybe try downloading the latest directx version. The fact that you dx11 also doesnt work is weird.
