Contract Issues with equipment

Hi everyone.

I'm pretty new to the game, but am enjoying it quite a bit. I also decided to rent a server to play with a friend.

Anyway, I am trying to learn the game by doing contracts. So far it's been a good way to learn, but not with sowing fields. Every darn time I try to do one, and borrow the equipment, I get stuff I an't use. I get a tractor and some attachments, but the seed sowing thing says it is incompatible when I try to pick it up. I tried 5 different contracts, and the same thing keeps happening. I back the borrowed tractor up to the seed spreader thing, and it says it's incompatible.

So, yep, I have to cancel the contract because I cannot figure out what is wrong. It's a bit frustrating.

All the other types of contracts I have tried seem to work fine. I'm just wondering if this is a bug, or am I doing something wrong.

What equipment are you getting and trying to use? Some of the fertilizers need one on front and one on the back. If you can give a bit more detail it may be helpful in figuring out the issue. What equipment, what is the contract and what tractor, If you can try it and post that info someone may have a solution. It may just be a bug or it may be you are trying to use the equipment in the wrong way.

I'll try and be more clear.

1. I've done other types of contracts without this issue. I figured them out, and I could borrow the proper equipment.

2. I wish I could tell you the names for the stuff I got. I don't remember because I'm new to the game. All I can say is I tried using front loading the equipment and trying to pull it. It just says "incompatible", and I can't hook up to it no matter what I try.

3. What I usually get is some type of seeder and some type of roller thing that you are supposed to use after seeding. It's typically the seeder I can't get to hook up to.

4. It's just the contracts that are labeled as "sowing". All the other ones I tried worked fine.

5. The most specific I can be is I was picking the easier contracts. The game borrowed me the tractor, seeder, and roller. I can't hook up to the seeder front or back. Hooking up to the roller was simple.

6. The seeding equipment I bought for my own fields works just fine.

If you have that issue again can you take a screenshot and post it here? It is impossible to know exactly what the issue is or if it is a bug without knowing what equipment it is. I have not had that issue myself. Thay may have set the wrong equipment for that contract or you may just be trying to use it the wrong way.

Thanks for your time. Unfortunately right now, I have the unspecified-virus-of-unknown-origin right now, and am not feeling well. I'll try and figure it out at some point at another time.
