felsbrunn tracks, how to drop off my crops?

So I just started playing and was gonna drop off my first crops at felsbrunn. Its highlighted an area over train tracks. I'm confused on how to drop off my goods here? Any help?

Drop the crops off under the covered part of the building where the trigger is, walk to the right side (I think) of that building it has highlighted. Find the floating ! Beside the track rent the train and wait for it to show up. Hop in the train and load it up and drive it off the map

Drop of the goods at one of the train silos. Rent the train, fill it with your product and drive it to the edge of the map.
