Map Making?
I would really like to know how to create my own maps. Tried searching online but there doesnt seem any tutorials out there that I can find.

Anyone know where I can find one for FS22, preferably in English?

There are not many videos for FS22 map making yet but there are a few good ones for FS19 that will get you started. There are a few differences but the basics are the same.

If you have never used the editor you can find a lot of videos that show you the basics,
