Slow mod in-game download

A few days ago I was downloading the mods fast using 3.7mb/s download, today it doesn't even use 100kb/s, is it Giant's server problem?

It's always been slower. Download speeds much faster via a web browser then copy over to the mods folder.

Its probably limited to avoid any mod-hub crash because its just a month after release and players always wants mods
