Cow and Slurry Pit
I am about to embark on a Animal farm….Cows, Sheeps, and chickens. I built me a nice big farm down in the South east corner at that old pig farm (I believe it was a pig farm). I think my build came out great for a first try. There is one issue though….

I forgot to add a slurry pit near the cow enclosure. Do I need to put one in?

If i need one….How close does it need to be? Unfortunately i may have to move some things around, but really don’t want it have to mess with things. I’m sure you guys now how that goes.

Thanks for the info!

If you intend to use your slurry, or sell it often, it isn't an issue. I don't have a pit as I'm using it as fertilizer as it comes out.

If you use the slurry pit extension, it will increase the max capacity of your slurry in your cow barn as long it's within range (65m if i remember correctly). I believe without it the large cow placeable holds 80,000l of slurry but with even the smallest extension 80,000 is now barely 25% full.

Thanks for the info. Any idea if put one in how close it needs to be? Curious because the only spot i have without moving things around isn’t exactly right next to enclosure.
