Rocks/Stones?
Ok so you can pick them up and sell them, or you can use a roller i believe. But what happens if i leave the rocks on the field? Any negative effects?

Was there somewhere you saw this information? I looked a fair bit and couldn't find any info on it.

ive never been able to use a roller (the most expensive one) to roll stones back into the ground really. not the stones generated by the biggest plower, nor the spader

2 types of stones....small stones that can be rolled....and large stones that have to be picked up. It can be hard to tell the difference visually. It seems that the deeper the plow the more large stones you get. Standard cultivators (like the one you start with in new farmer mode) just bring up small stones, whereas the shallow cultivator brings up none. (in my experience)

do you have a picture of a small rock vs a large one?

according to this site:
https://fs22.com/farming-simulator-22-mods/tutorials/farming-simulator-22-plowing-cultivating/

plowers should only pop up small stones, but since my roller is not rolling them back does that indicate the information provided is wrong and they are large stones instead?

it talks the same about spaders, which again, cannot roll them back. is the most expensive roller the culprit here?

Supposedly (IE, I read this once somewhere and it could be wrong) the game has a bug that causes only the large stones to spawn on the French map. I use only a regular cultivator on my fields, and the roller does absolutely nothing about the rocks that pop up.

The guide is wrong, plows always dig up large stones (And they should).

Any shallow cultivator should bring up smaller stones but I always seem to get the big ones as well.

Use the roller after you plant regardless of stones, you get a 2.5% bonus on the base yield for compacting the seedbed.

Same, no matter what I use, the roller has never removed any stones of any size. I think it's simply broken.
