Q - Where do buy canola?

The game tells you how to harvest and things but not how to buy things like conola. im new to the game so i would really appreciate it. if someone told me how to buy it.

You can't buy Canola per say. You can buy seeds and plant a field with canola. Once you've filled your seeder press "y" till the icon changes to a yellow canola flower, then plant away.

oh ok i thought that was the case. but what if your farm plot had canola, do you have to sow again because it didnt tell me to it just said i needed lime

You have to cultivate or plow before adding lime as far as I know. Then, you seed again. I wished that the documentations left less to guesswork.
