Stubble tillage
What is stubble tillage?

I noticed my starting fields needed plow state, after plowing i needed to lime, and after i did that it says stubble tillage

I have NO idea what that means or what I should do now??

PRO TIP:
Check your starter fields, perhaps they need "needs plowing" state and therefore yield is lowered alot

Hello? No one??
As far as I can tell, it's the state of the field after working it with e.g. power harrow, disc harrow or shallow cultivators when the field surface is a mixture of soil and stubbles/harvest leftovers. It shouldn't have any separate effect. Meanwhile, working a field with mulchers gives +2.5% yield, but has no separate map display colour. Maybe that's an oversight.

Its textured all white after the lime

Better question then, what machine should I use on the field after i limed it?

Sooo... cultivating after the texture is white-ish (lime) is not the way to do it?
Old topic I know, but to avoid stubble tillage if you're using shallow cultivators, the only way is to plow the field after harvesting. Mulching before cultivating still results in the stubble tillage state, and the only way to get rid of stubble tillage is to use a field roller on it. Stubble tillage may not matter if you're using a direct seeder, but if you're not, you need to get rid of it.

Edit: you can also get rid of stubble tillage with a deep cultivator. The drawback to that is most deep cultivators have a smaller working width than shallow cultivators.

A stone remover will remove stubble tillage, but it is slow work.
