Player Movement Speed
Is it possible to modify the player's default movement speed? I specifically wish to lower it. Drastically. I feel like I'm sprinting when simply pressing forward, and when I'm actually sprinting, I keep up with my buddy's tractor that's apparently going TWENTY MILES PER HOUR. That may not be quite Olympic Medalist sprinter speed, but it's pretty damn close.

The practical reason for this is when I am moving objects by hand and I want to walk forward, I go from zero to 10 miles per hour instantly and it makes fine maneuvering an impossibility lol.

Anyone know if I can reduce that? I know there are mods that INCREASE the speed but I couldn't find anything that does the opposite.
